It also contains 0.25 oz/ 7.5 ml of product, which is much less than the Nars Liquid Blush. Although it is very pigmented, I find it's difficult to blend if too much product is applied. Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush: The Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush ($20) is a weightless, long-lasting liquid blush available in both matte and dewy finishes. If you want to enhance your blush game, this one is well worth the money. This blush lasts for hours without caking due to its incredible formula. It contains 0.5 oz/ 15 ml of product, which is a lot when you just need a tiny quantity. The Nars Liquid Blush costs $30, which is higher than the price of most liquid and cream blushes but for good reason. The Value: Pricey, but fair given the quality It has performed far above my expectations, and I am now totally obsessed. It looks great over foundation and on bare skin to give some color to my no-makeup looks. The product has not separated regardless of the temperature and has really impressed me in terms of coverage and wear. The blush wore wonderfully throughout the day. I was pretty pleased with the glow of this blush it is noticeable, but not overpowering. It felt fantastic even when I placed it over my bare skin when I wanted a more natural look. It blended wonderfully with my contour and highlighter. When I put it on my cheekbones, it felt creamy, moisturizing, and light. My initial reaction when I felt the texture of the Nars Cosmetics Liquid Blush was "wow, this product feels very lightweight." I was astounded by the pigmentation when I rubbed it on my hand, and this was just from one pump. Karla Ayala / Byrdie The Results: A long-lasting soft dewy finish I added a bit of my favorite highlighter from Charlotte Tilbury to blend the product, and I loved the outcome. Only half a pump is needed for a natural look, but as this blush is buildable, one pump will give you a beautiful, noticeable glow. Another way is to pour a tiny amount onto your fingers, add a few dots to your face, and then blend it out using your brush or sponge. I pump some onto the back of my hand and then use a brush or sponge to apply it to my cheeks. I went for a glam look, using primer, foundation, contour, highlighter, and lashes.īecause the Nars Liquid Blush is highly pigmented, a small amount goes a long way. I have been using the Korres Santorini Grape Poreless Skin Cream ($36) to keep my face plump and hydrated. As someone who has dry skin, moisturizer is a must for me. The first step in successful makeup application is prep. For the Nars Liquid Blush, I tried the shade Torrid, a warm coral with golden shimmer. Most of my preferred options have at least a touch of shimmer, which I love-the more radiance, the better. At the moment, I have about five blushes, ranging from powders to creams, that I use interchangeably. Whether I'm going for a full-on glam look or a more natural appearance, blush is always a must. I adore how a splash of color on my cheeks can draw attention to my features and make me seem more awake. About My Skin: Dry (and often made up)īlush is one of my favorite makeup products. After spending two weeks in the hospital, he came out with a newfound appreciation for chasing his dreams and realized that if he didn’t, his kids wouldn’t either.Īlong with his new video, Davis will soon take the road as an opening act for Tim McGraw’s McGraw Tour 2022. Davis, who was driving to his then job as a design engineer, was hit head-on by a distracted driver. The fatal car crash that Davis is referring to is the one that occurred back in February 2019. Brandon Davis & Wife Destiny Photo Courtesy of YouTube “Destiny” appears on Davis’ 5-track Self-Titled EP. “It’s definitely my favorite song I’ve ever written and will forever be engraved in my heart.” “The song tells our story, from meeting and falling in love to me becoming a bonus dad, to us building our own family and the nearly fatal car crash that really gave me the push I needed to start my music career, along with my wife’s help of course,” Davis shared. Regarding the process, he called the surprise “the hardest secret that I’ve ever had to keep.” “ StoryLive Productions blew this video out of the water, and it’s everything I could have hoped for.”ĭavis wrote “ Destiny” with his two buddies, Alex Pennington Smith and Kyle Clark in the spring of 2021, as a surprise for his wife. It really was a blast to create and seeing everything come together into this final video is just amazing,” Davis tells Music Mayhem of the video shoot. The beach is absolutely incredible, and the kids had the time of their life playing in the sand and running along the shoreline. “We really couldn’t have picked a better location or day to shoot. Throughout the video, Davis is also shown spending time with his four kids during a perfect afternoon on the beach complete with rolling ocean waves, sand, and an icy-blue sky. Brandon Davis & His Family Photo Courtesy of YouTube “Destiny / Sure got a hold of my heart / Just like it’s meant to be / You might say it was written in the stars / This unpredictable love made this beautiful life / I couldn’t make it up even if I tried / ‘Cause it’s Destiny,” Davis sings of his muse throughout the chorus of the reflective tune. Showing his appreciation for his wife, whom he married in 2018, Davis can also be seen singing to her while adoringly slow dancing with her amid a glowing sunset. Shot at Fort Pickens in Pensacola, Florida, this scenic clip finds Davis showing off his soft side while spending quality time with his wife Destiny and the couple’s four kids, Maleah, 6, Brantley, 5, Granger, 4, and Easton, 2. Big Yellow Dog Music artist Brandon Davis embraces family time on a remote beach vacation in the newly released music video for his romantic single “ Destiny,” inspired by his wife of the same name. One downside of the fireplace, when compared to other (more expensive) units, is that these do not come with a remote control. That way if you simply enjoy the ambiance of the flames, but you live in Florida or California, you can still enjoy it without cooking yourself. The other thing about the fire is that the flame/fire effect can be used without having the heat on. The fireplace is an insert – just take it out and you’ve got extra storage space. Perhaps you don’t need a fireplace through the warmer months of the year? The fact that the fireplace is merely an insert is pretty cool as well. Fireplace contains LEDs for flame effectĪll of their fireplace storage TV stands are the same on these things.Comes with a 6-foot cord and standard plug.I’ve seen some terrible fake fires in my time – the glowing embers style is the worst – and these ones are not too bad at all. You can see how realistic the fire effect is in the video above – no electric fireplace is going to compare to the real thing, but these ones are pretty good! The Walker Edison brand is well known for its TV stand with an electric fireplace range. We’ll cover the fireplace specs next, but when it comes to choosing the best one for you, it’s all about which do you like the look of the most and how much space do you have?! Most of their fireplace TV stands are pretty much the same in terms of fireplace specs – the difference between them is in design and size. Their electric fireplace stands look great, perform well, and are at a good price point – they’re not too expensive for what you’re getting, but nor do they look cheap and tacky. That’s because no one else seems to make them quite like Walker Edison does. We even included multiple Walker Edison corner fireplace TV stands in our round-up of the best corner electric fireplaces – in fact, they made position #1 and #2! This range of fireplace TV stands is really quite unique – I don’t know of any other brand of range with quite so many options. What do you think could be done to fix this? Tell us in the poll and comments section below. The most obvious is to bring the full Safari experience to tvOS, but it could also have a solution for showing web pages in full screen when mirroring them from an iPhone or iPad using AirPlay. There are some things that Apple could do to fix it. Yes, you can open web pages on an Apple Watch Series 3. Download AirBrowser - AirPlay browser and enjoy it on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. The Apple TV 4K (2021) is a slick streaming device, which can play 4K video in HDR and Dolby Vision, and supports high-frame-rate HDR to make fast action and sports look smooth and clear. Click on tvOS > Application using the left-placed. For some reason, Apple thinks Apple Watch is a good device for browsing the web, but Apple TV is not. Read reviews, compare customer ratings, see screenshots, and learn more about AirBrowser - AirPlay browser. Connect your Apple TV to your Mac - if you have the fourth-generation model (Apple TV HD). While your TV has a 16:9 display, your iPhone and iPad don’t, which means you’ll see black bars on the screen. Sure, I can use AirPlay Mirroring, but then there’s the screen aspect ratio issue. I know that browsing the web using a TV remote is far from a good experience, but sometimes I really want to show a website to others on the big screen – not to mention that I might want to access a streaming channel or web app (like FaceTime) that is not available on tvOS. Let me briefly share my personal take on this. This led to a discussion among members of the 9to5Mac staff about how odd it is not to have Safari on Apple TV, even though most people might not use it often. But still, you can’t open a web page on it. However, there’s one device that has never had a web browser and still doesn’t, and that is the Apple TV.Īpple’s set-top box is equipped with the same chips that power the iPhone and iPad, and it also runs an iOS-based operating system. Everything has a web browser these days, from smartwatches to TVs and even virtual assistant devices like Amazon Echo Show. Today, even the Apple Watch has a web browser that lets you open URLs that someone has messaged you. If youre a Chromecast user, you can download the free Google. Even my PlayStation 3, which was introduced in 2006, had its own web browser. If you have an Apple TV, you can use AirPlay on your iPhone or iPad to cast to your television. It was a really basic one that didn’t deliver a great experience, but I still found it impressive to be able to access some websites on the big screen. But would you like to have Safari on your Apple TV?Įver since I got my first Smart TV years ago, I remember that it came with a web browser pre-installed. While pretty much every game console and Smart TV has a web browser, Apple TV doesn’t. However, if you read the news earlier this week, you may have learned about how users were able to join a FaceTime call using an Xbox and Microsoft Edge. No, there are no rumors of Safari coming to tvOS.
